Hi everyone! Meet Stark! Stark is my Emotional Service Animal, who stays at home with me. Stark does amazing things for me! He can sense when I’m about to have an anxiety attack, or when my depression is getting severe again. When this happens, he tends to stay by my side and bark until someone either comes to check on me or I go get help myself. He truly is amazing. However, I found out this weekend, that my sweet baby has cancer. It breaks my heart to say this, but even with our pet insurance policy, I cannot afford any sort of treatment for him. I’m currently in between jobs right now, and my family can barely afford groceries as it is, and I’m so terrified that I am going to lose him. I know I’ve asked you guys for help before, but that was minor compared to this. Stark is one of the sole reasons I’m alive today. I can’t lose him. 

Our vet wants him to have surgery on his hip (this is where the tumors/cancer were located), but even with pet insurance, the surgery is going to cost $2,435. If I lose him, I will be shattered. My mental health takes a toll even thinking about losing him. He really is my best friend, and I’m scared. With all this, I’m scared I won’t even pass my last two GED tests cause I’m so worried about trying to find the funds to take care of him. Please.
